Words can hardly express the gratitude and admiration I have for Dr. Brian Hess. His kind and caring manner, and his progressive knowledge of alternative medicine has helped me through major health issues. In 1999, Dr. Hess became my “Ambassador of Emotional Freedom” by introducing me to EFT. This technique has been invaluable in helping our family cope through emotional crisis such as the death of loved ones, and childhood traumas. In 2005 he helped me to avoid a hysterectomy by dissolving fibroid tumors. In 2010, after seeing numerous doctors with no success, I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and a form of neuropathy that was leading to me being wheelchair-bound. Dr. Hess took me “under his wings” and worked with me intensely. Today, not only am I not in a wheel chair, but my fibromyalgia symptoms have nearly disappeared! Knowing Dr. Hess has not only improved the quality of my life, but of my families. His kind and generous guidance in my emotional and physical health is a priceless gift for which I will never be able to repay him. We recommend him to friends and family without hesitation and have watched him do the same for them. Dr. Hess has become more than a physician to us, he has become family. We cannot imagine managing our physical and emotional health without him.

Dr. Brian Hess has helped my family with many physical and emotional ailments over the years. In 2007 our son was diagnosed with Autism. My wife mentioned this fact to Dr. Hess and he gave us a bottle of Heavy Metal Nano Detox and told us to let him know how it worked him. Within three days our non-verbal child began to talk. Words cannot express how wonderful it was to hear our five year old son say “Mama” and “Dada”. Our son is now nine years old and Dr. Hess has been instrumental in helping our son progress from a diagnosis of full blown Autism to Aspergers (high functioning autism). There does not seem to be a limit to the scope of knowledge that Dr. Hess has, and is willing to procure. Recently we have seen an improvement of ADD symptoms in both our sons due to cranial treatments performed by Dr. Hess. These treatments have practically eliminated my wife's fibromyalgia pain. They have also helped my ability to focus on any given task tremendously, and has eliminated nagging neck and lower back pain I have had for decades. The depth and scope of Dr. Hess' help goes beyond monetary value. I will never be able to thank him or compensate him enough for what he has graciously done for me and my family.

Since moving to Virginia over 10 years ago, I have been seeing Dr. Hess for consultations and chiropractic treatments. Every time I have an accident or injury, Dr. Hess has helped me to work through it. He (and his office manager, Anthony) are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. If there is an “emergency” and I need to get an appointment asap, they try to work it out and get me in that day. It’s such a relief to receive that kind of customer service in this day and age. As an elite athlete (cyclist, distance runner, triathlete) who spends most of the year either training or competing, I am constantly working to stay fit and healthy. Over the years, I have had various accidents and injuries: as a long distance runner in high school and college, I battled calf strains and hamstring pulls; as a triathlete in graduate school, I had more hamstring issues; as a cyclist, I tend to have problems with my back and hips. In addition, I enjoy various other sports (horseback riding, snowboarding, and hiking) which occasionally result in other accidents and injuries. To top it all off, I was a passenger in a bad car accident a few years ago which has caused other neck and back issues. In short, I am kind of a mess! Twice this year, Dr. Hess has “saved” me from athletic disaster: the first time was when I badly injured my ankle during a training workout; the other was a recent back and hip issue. Both times, I thought my season was over and I would never be able to ride my bike again. Enter Dr. Hess who treated me as soon as possible and helped me get back on my feet. There have been times when I’ve barely been able to walk into his office or stand up straight; yet, after a treatment, I feel 100 times better and the pain has significantly subsided. It’s miraculous, to say the least! I owe so much of my athletic success to Dr. Hess and his wonderful practice.
